  • Obtain a Passport York account
  • Send an email to the IT Service Desk, requesting access. You must provide your Passport York username and a list of cost centres that you need access to.

eReports supports the following browsers for reports:

  • Internet Explorer
  • Firefox
  • Chrome

eReports requires specifc browser configuration settings in order to work properly. These settings include enabling pop-ups from this site, and for Internet Explorer, adding this site to the brower's trusted sites list. For instructions on this, click here.

Supported Microsoft Office
eReports supports the following versions of Microsoft Office for spreadsheet reports, and exporting reports:

  • 2003, 2007, 2010

Supported Adobe Reader
eReports supports the following versions of Adobe Reader for exporting and printing reports:

  • 9 or higher
